I'm in Geeeorgia

(please read the following in a Southern accent, because it sounds so much better that way)

Everything is sweeter in Georgia.
I haven’t heard a horn and/or seen a middle finger since crossing the border...and if I did, I’d just assume they’re from Florida anyway. Georgia can do no wrong in my book. The leaves are changin’ and this mama's a cravin’...cobbler...and a miniature jeep with two giant puppies in the back.

Saint Augustine Road Trip Snaps

I shot a wedding up in Saint Augustine this past weekend and invited my two buddies Corey and Daniel to join me for the five hour road trip. If you've never been to Saint Augustine, I'd highly recommend it...it's quaint, charming, and you can get homemade ice cream pretty much anywhere. It's the important things that count.

Inspiring Backyard Wedding

Angie, my dear and lovely friend who I worked with in the UK, married the love of her life in her very own backyard.

Angie and Mike started dating three months before her two and a half year stint in England. Soon after she moved back stateside, the Mike-ster put some blingity bling on that girl's finger! I always told Angie that I wanted to be there when they got married. Fortunately, I had time and travel luck on my side.
And what a beautifully creative wedding it was...

Did I mention that she made her dress?...And the silverware chandeliers...and all of the other crazy loveliness that you see.

Here are a few snapshots from the day.

Family Photos

I found these two gems up in Ohio at my aunt and uncle's house.
The handsome man in the top photo is my Grandfather and below him is my adorable mother, Marlene...rockin' the beehive. Totally frame-worthy.
