...it looks like jeggings and wearing boots over jeans has finally brushed ashore.

    I'm pretty sure that's Justin Tranter, lead singer of Semi-Precious Weapons, opening act for Gaga's tour, and an acquaintance from my band-managing days. Stuart Weitzman makes him those boots, and Justin's got a lovely little jewelry line called Fetty. Small World.
